Modern geodetic reconnaissance technologies make it possible to find islands located in neutral waters, flooded to a depth of maximum 10 meters. We rediscover the lands that have been swallowed by waters of the oceans. Such lands do not belong to anyone, since they actually do not exist. Then the fun begins, we start building islands which consist of 80% of recycled plastic. We turn the sea into independent territories with our own set of rules and laws with only one goal - the creation of the new type of offshore zones that allow us to pass through the flows that are inaccessible to other market participants.
